FAQs

Frequently asked questions

We are not currently operating a waiting list. It usually takes around 1 week for us to arrange treatment for a child.

Our programmes start on Mondays and Tuesdays and so we are usually able to admit a child the week following your first contact with us.

The safety of children in our care is our number one priority and such we have extensive safeguarding and security procedures and policies in place. Our site has been designed to exceed regulatory standards down to the smallest details and all of our team undergo rigorous background checks prior to employment. If you have any further questions or concerns on this topic please don't hesitate to get in touch on 01264594659.

All of our common spaces are accessible to cater for children with physical disabilities.

We treat a wide range mental health problems and co-occuring disorders, an overview of these can be found here. This is not an exhaustive list and the best way of determining if we are right for your child is by giving us a call on 01264594659.

Learn 2 Live is a private clinic, please get in touch with us to discuss the cost of our programmes.

Yes, we are able to accept international admissions onto our residential programmes.

Yes we are able to facilitate a level of education whilst children are on site with us. If they are currently attending a school then this school may be able to facilitate some distance learning. If the child is currently out of education then we can work with one of educational partners to establish a plan going forward for the child.

We operate a managed technology policy and so whilst children can have access to their phones for communication and technology for education this access is managed to certain times and is not allowed within accommodation.

We are not currently "in-network" for any healthcare insurance provider but in some cases our treatment may be covered as part of an "out of network" provision.
